General Terms and Conditions of Use and Services

1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions define the terms of use of the site and the general framework of the services offered by Mubinco, in particular in software development, strategic consulting and digital coaching.
2. Scope of Application
Every service order is subject to a specific quote or contract. In the event of a conflict between these conditions and a signed contract, the signed contract prevails.
3. Obligations of the Parties
Mubinco undertakes to implement the necessary means for the proper execution of the services. The client undertakes to provide the necessary information, access and approvals within reasonable timeframes.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stipulated in the contract, deliverables produced as part of a project are transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing elements (frameworks, libraries, generic components) remain the property of their respective authors.
5. Liability
Mubinco shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of business or data loss resulting from improper use of the delivered solutions or from an external cause.
6. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by USA law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the territorially competent courts, unless a prior amicable agreement is reached.
